At Mountain 2 Mountain, we are committed to delivering premium quality perfume oils and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so our support team can assist you.
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our team.
